[ Terms of Service ]
Artist Note - I need to take my time and work on my own pace because I also value my health. Commission may take longer depending on many factors such as order of commission, complexity, or family issues.
- Please do not rush me. Rest assured that you will get your commission. Rules - DELIVERY. Time per commission ranges from 2 weeks to a month depending on the complexity and current workloads. Orders are queued. First come, first served.

- NO NFTs AND AIs. Clients are not allowed to use commission as Non-fungible tokens (NFT) and as fodder for AI (Artificial Intelligence). It's bad for artists and is not recommended.
- COPYRIGHT. You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.
- PERSONAL USE/NON-COMMERCIAL. You may use the finished artwork for social media or print so long as it's NON-PROFIT, only for leisure.
- REPOSTING. Please Credit me as the artist on your posts. ( @CinnamyonGlaze on Twitter ) EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS.
- If I own the copyright, I have the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the work.

- I reserve the right to post my work of any type on my social media accounts.
- I reserve the right to decline your commission.- RUSH ORDERS. (EMOTES ONLY) Means you can skip the queue. Though, I still need to consider depending on my schedule.3 days delivery - +100% of total amount

1 week delivery - +50% of total amount
2 weeks delivery - +30% of total amount

These do not include weekends, which is when I take breaks. And copyright cost difference.
[ PAYMENT ] [ REFUNDS ] [ CANCELLATIONS ]
- PAY UPFRONT. 50% payment before sketching, and pay the remaining 50% before rendering/final output. You can also pay in full amount before I start.
- PAYMENTS will be accepted via Paypal/Paypal Invoice (USD CURRENCY ONLY) or Gcash for local clients. I will send you the invoice once we've come in agreement.
- STRICTLY NO REFUND . All commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started yet.
- Characters without clear visual references will be charged extra (base rate is 5$ or higher depending on complexity).
- CANCELLATION. Inform within 48 hrs if you're cancelling your commission so that others can avail for a slot.
- Commercial type commissions are 2x - 5x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.
- FINALIZATION. I will email you the full resolution of the image (and the transparent version if applicable) upon completion of payment.
[ WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE? ]
RIGHTS FOR GENERAL ART
- All means that gains profit over the artwork used.
- Promotional Art for game assets, cd/book covers, social media banners, avatars, etc.
- Merchandise
- Cover Art made for business-related websites
- My work to be used in Streaming sites like Youtube/Twitch. (Banner, Avatar, Art in videos)Commercial rights allow the use of commissioned art as merch, game art, prints, etc.
It consists on the x1.5 or the x2.0 of the original price, depending on the final purpose, and it can be applied to all listings above.
!! Royalties are also an option and can be discussed.Intellectual property, paternity of art and credits will still be held by the artist.
I will retain the paternity of the commissioned artwork, even if it's of your property.
It is absolutely forbidden to draw over or edit my work.------------
RIGHTS FOR EMOTES / CHIBI ONLY
If you've paid for copyright first after the commission, then pay later for the full rights, take note that we cannot make changes on the artwork and it's size. Copyright: +100% (x2) of the total amount.
You have the right to commercialize but I still own the artpiece (cannot edit or manipulate artpiece).
For Emotes: Minimum of 3 emotes needed.
For Chibi: Must be a Rendered Chibi Full rights: +200% (x3) of the total amount.
Give Copyright Art to commissioner (free to edit and free to use.)
For Emotes: Minimum of 5 emotes needed.
For Chibi: Must be a Rendered Chibi
[ REVISIONS ]
- Client may have up to 5 free revisions from the sketching phase. After the design and colors are approved, all minor and or major alterations will be charged accordingly.
- The revision fee will start at 10$ but may increase depending on what needs to be revised. What counts as a revision?
- Change in the overall composition of the approved work.
- Change/Adjustment in color/saturation/light etc., during the rendering stage of the approved work
- Additional assets and or details that were not mentioned during the sketching phase.
- Considerations can be made as long as revisions are minor.
